my 95 has engine vibration at low idle as well, and my tranny shifts hard. was told the same thing. mounts which im sure are pretty bad given the age of the car. honestly I kind of like it because it gives the car a more mechanical feel. BUT, if I don't change them, could it cause longterm problems? or is it okay to keep it like this?

Billy,
My 99LS has 200K, time to replace all 3, right? I don't have a viabration at shifter, do have some viabration/noise at higher speeds.

Default 99LS engine mounts

I see 12361-50140 engine mounts (Yamae said improved ones for VVTi) on Amayama site $78 plus shipping, but unlike 12361-50100 that you can get there too from Japan, these 12361-50140 would be coming from UAE (United Arab Imirates), don't know which way to go...

The ones from Japan are more expensive too. They both should be original Toyota parts. I bought suspension parts - LBJ and UCA on Amayama, OEM parts, UCAs were 1/2 of US price. I am just sceptical of parts from Imirates, what do you guys think?

So just as an update on this - I did indeed end up replacing both engine mounts, using part #12361-50100.

Dropped the car at my local dealer, and when i picked it up after work my vibration at idle was gone. Hooray!

I paid $265 for labor - I bought the parts separately and provided them to the dealer.
