Default (1991 LS) Some kind of shaking in the Transmission?

I've done a little bit of experimenting with this shaking that comes presumably from my transmission. it seems to sit between 50mph and 70mph and it will/has stopped after parking my car, turning it off, removing the key, and waiting about 30 seconds. I assume this is from the transmission becuase of two bits of evidence, one being that it seems to sit within a specific gear range (3rd) and it's most noticable in my shifter as it causes it to shake much more violently than say my seats or stearing wheel. Any idea what might be causing it? It comes off like an electrical/computer issue to me because of how I managed to fix it before. Shift solenoid perhaps? Any help would be fantastic.

More like a drive shaft vibration, since it is speed related. If it slipping in the transmission it would do it at low speeds and accelerating more than at a constant speed.

Trans/motor mounts perhaps? Mine had some vibration when accelerating that would go away if I popped it into neutral. Mostly solved with a new trans mount, going to do the engine mounts when I gather the courage.
