1995 LS400 wiper arm access

Hello, everyone! Bought my first LS400 recently and I have a question about the wiper arms on this model. On my 2006 ES330, the wiper arms pivot and then lift up once clear of the hood. Does the LS400 arms do the same, or what is the procedure for changing the blades?

Just turn them on and let them go up and turn the car off.

+1 on this. Make sure that the window is clean and the blade is also clean before doing this dry. Doesn't take many times to have road grit scratch wiper blade arcs across the windshield.
