punctuation is your friend... well apparently not yours lol

what makes you think oil is leaking? are there any puddles forming underneath the car while it's sitting? maybe it's tyme to take a look underneath the car and see if there's any fluids collecting anywhere

If it wasn't doing this before they replaced the transmission I would definitely be bring it back and tell them they messed up and they need to fix it

Was the original paint all pealed off or what?
Since we can't see it, drive it, hear it, test it etc. etc. there is no way we can know what is going on with it.
We can guess at some things. And we need your help too.
Did you look under the car while it was parked to see where the oil was leaking? Is it engine oil? You need to tell us where the leak is in relation to the front tires front and back.
What color is the oil? Red is usually transmission fluid.

How was it loosing power? Did you push on the gas pedal and what happened? Did the engine just start slowing down? If so and oil leaking you really need to check the oil before driving it again.
A slipping transmission or a binding transmission can make it feel like loosing power. Even having your parking brake on or stuck calipers can do the same thing. Does the oil light on the cluster work okay?
So with the oil leak and new transmission it could be engine running with very little oil pressure or the transmission, or your brakes, parking brake etc. Is the check engine light on? If so get the code checked.
