Default Airbag

I'm trying to put an '98-'00 LS wheel in a '95ES300. I have the wheel in, trying to connect the airbag. The airbag is from the same LS but will not fit the connector for the ES. Does anyone know how to splice it in?

Thanks,
Eric

i dont know the answer to your problem but i assume that you would need the wiring diagram from each car then cut and reattach the proper wire together.

what is that where the radio should be? looks cool

It's a videoscreen that is connected to a computer in the trunk, and a dvd player under the driver's seat. Touchpad mouse and wireless keyboard also installed. Thanks for the advice

This might be a bit late but I wouldn't mess around with the airbags and/or their wirings as your well being might depend on them.

all the wood for the radio was made was a kit, except for the piece around the screen, which was custom made. the measurements for it were off so it has to be remade. the rest of the old wood will soon be the new color to match

Sorry, I don't have the answers to your questions, but I do think that wheel looks pimp!, how much did you pay for it?

Oh yeah, I wouldn't mess around with the airbag, oh wait you already changed it, ummm maybe check out the colors of the wires? All I can say for sure is beware, the airbag is a lifesaving device, see what your local dealer has to say.

Earl!
