Just purchased a '94 LS400, what have you done with yours?
Hey guys! I am still new to the site, but I have loved using the info from this site in my search for my now owned '94 LS400. It's got 130k miles on it, two toned tan exterior (which I am not very fond of, but the condition of the car was very good compared to others for my price range.)
My questions for you guys are, what have you done to your LS400 for increased performance, whether it was modding stock parts like JBrady's air intake, or performance parts?
Also, what cosmetic changes did you do to make it LOOK nicer.
Lastly, I know I want to put some sort of after market exhaust system on it to flaunt the V8 a little more, but I don't know much about what to look for in exhaust systems or what makes certain systems louder/deeper/whiny and the last thing I want is my LS to sound like a rice burner.
I appreciate all the help/advice/criticism you guys can give me and if any of you have ever posted any info in regards to the LS400 and it was a post that helped me with my process of purchasing my first Lexus, I want to thank you for your help!

The thing to do is check everything out good, do the normal maintenance stuff and drive it. Luxury cars are not meant for loud exhaust. Just keep it nice and keep it stock and when the time comes to sell it you will get your money back plus. Do a bunch of stupid mods to it and it will end up in a junk yard at scrap value. Lots of them are ending up there its a shame.
