Default Should I get these parts replaced?

Lexus dealership says I should get the following items replaced.

LR upper control arm, LR knuckle, LR Wheel bearing. LR seals
RR knuckle, RR wheel bearing, RR seals

Rear struts both L & R
Rear Boots both L & R

I don't really notice any problems in the rear suspension other then when I pile 5 people into the car you notice quite a bit of change. There is no vibrations or anything like that. I recently had the front ball joints replaced and a front Align. done however the car still vears to the right quite a bit. Dealership says that's due to the parts that need to be replaced in the rear. suspension.

With Lexus labour @75/hr and Lexus OEM parts I'm looking at well over $2500 CAD.

Any suggestions or info on where I might find a better deal on parts?

We ship pretty frequently overseas and to Canada, email me directly if you might want to get some pricing on those parts from us... todd@tmengineering.net

I've owned the car since Aug 2001. I've never had an accidents and from what I've been told by the previous owner there was never any accidents. Also had a body shop look over the car and they can't find any evidence of any accidents.

Definitely get the upper control arms fixed, it is a safety issue.
