anyone put 6.5 speakers in the doors of the 95-97 LS?

i just want a heads up before i go out and spend time and money to try it.

I haven't put 6.5s in but I did put 5.25s in my 91. You may be able to fit 6.5s, see what other people have to say though. I think BananaGS put 6.5s in his GS, he has tutorials on his website as well, check that out. It seems like they haven't changed the factory speaker design for a while, I mean the black boxes bolted to the doors. Good luck with the install.

I got 6.5 carrozzeria TS-C016A in mine and my car is almost like a LS. I just had to buy the spacer/adapter.
