You gain access to it by removing the front trunk panel, there is a steel wall behind the rear seat back.

You will not hit the gas tank, but you should still lift the car to make sure you don't hit something else.

You can use the seat-belt bolt as a reference point to measure the exact location of where you want to drill.

Not much under the seats and floor to hit, brake lines and gas lines would be a concern, just look before drilling. And if you ever go to sell it please put in the ad " I drilled some extra holes in the floor" That should make it a very desired car to buy for the next person.
