Question Right rear door does not unlock by remote or unlock switch

Just found out that my rear right does not unlock after I press unlock switch or unlock by remote.
It's remain unlock or lock after I locked the car. Not sure the it's caused by bad motor or something wrong with the ECU.

I leave it unlock, close the door then lock the car using the fob. 3 other doors locked, but not this one. The lock switch does a little move. If the car is in locked status, I still can open rear right door if the previous status is unlocked. No alarm triggered.

Please advise me if the motor is going bad or something else!

Thanks.

Yes it's most likely the actuator in the door.
