Default LS400 trouble starting

Soo my ls 400 sometimes gives me trouble starting , itll only click when turning the key. Initially i thought it was a starter problem but now im thinking it might be a ecu capacitor leak because of these other symptoms its also giving me. speedometer sometimes wont work n transmission pulling from 1st to 2nd .
