Default 1995 LS400 rear brake help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was checking on my height sensor because of suspension problems when i came across a wire that didnt go to anything! being around the brakes makes me nervous tho i did just drive the car and everything was fine. Is it a tractiion control wire or an ABS wire?

EDIT: this is NOT the parking brake cable. it is the rear brake pad sensor. If you don't have a pad light on your dash the previous owner probably modified the sensor wire (connected them together) to disable the rear sensor and urn off the light.

This is confirmed as it plugs into the harness on the spindle.

Actually my mistake, the picture is fuzzy a bit and i missed it. this is NOT the parking brake cable. it is the rear brake pad sensor. If you don't have a pad light on your dash the previous owner probably modified the sensor wire (connected them together) to disable the rear sensor and urn off the light.

o ok my dash light has been on for a while so that makes sense.
