Default Car just shuts off

Hi Guys,

i was wodering if anyone has had this problem. Sometimes my 93 LS400 will just shut off while im driving. It usually happens when in slowing down. It starts back up with no problem. Hep!

Hey ~
I was having that same issue a few years ago in my 1994 LS, It was a loose battery terminal connection. Try and tighten them, see if that help's.

Happened to me when my battery was shot. Got a new battery and it worked fine. Also a year after that it started happening again, however it was my A/C Compressor that was almost seized and at low idle when the a/c was on the car would stall. Havn't had A/C for about 8 months now, finally just got a new A/C compressor in the mail, just needs to be installed.

I have heard of faulty torque converters causing the same problem in the LS's..
