For when the time comes and I work on the CD changer etc. What do you have to do to deal with the security system and radio. I've searched and not found much. Also why isn't there a master thread that deals with the security system or a sticky or even in the FAQ's.

And then there is the how to remove head liner, sunvisors, and other interior parts and pieces. Yeah it is easy if you don't mind wreaking everything doing it.

How to program new remote key?
Does installing a used or reman ECU need to be somehow programmed to the other black boxes in the car?
Is there special diagnostic software to load on a pc to access functions like you can on OBD2 and BMW's?


What is the most common refrigerant leak point in the AC systems on these cars? Compressor seals????

The rear portion of the headliner is easy but you need to take your time and figure out the steps and dont forget. Go to a junk yeard if you can and educate yourself.

I stilll have not figured out the front portion.

I may do a write up as ive got a pretty good grasp on HOW TO now.
