Default What is this leak?

I recently discovered I have some kind of leak under my 98 ls. There are two small spots under the car: both are located in the exact same location on opposite sides. One is located under what would be drivers feet, the other is located under what would be the front passenger's feet.

The fluid looks clear and appears to be water. It had no smell. It also only appears when I'm running the AC for a while. Any ideas what this might be?

It's the A/C drain hose.

Is this normal or does it indicate a problem?

your AC condensates on the inside (especially on hotter days) and that excess water needs to come out hence the drain hose. this is normal.
