I am wanting NOS to help my quarter mile run. I need to know where is the best and cheapest place to buy it online? How much does it cost to get it installed? I have a Sc400. what is the difference between wet and dry shots?

Some usual suspects for purchase:
www.groupbuycenter.com
www.optauto.com
www.modacar.com
www.importhorizon.com
www.mvpmotorsports.com
www.6deep.com
www.aieonline.com
www.speedupgrade.com
N2O systems are pretty easy to find. Pretty much a universal kit for most cars.

zig, nitrous is chemical supercharging. It works by combining the nitrogen and oxygen with extra gasoline to create a much larger energy event in the cylinder. The MAIN concern is that the nitrous and extra gasoline be evenly distributed to each cylinder. If not you run the very real risk of a lean mixture or too much total mixture in any given cylinder. Remeber, one broken piston = one broken engine = MAJOR expense.
Now, the only way to resonably ensure that equal amounts reach each cylinder (on an EFI engine) is with a port injected nitrous system. A dry system is second. A wet system is easiest and cheapest and MOST dangerous.
A port system is the most expensive to buy and install but is the only way I recommend over 75hp be added to our engines. The ZEX system seems to be a good compromise at this level. Around $600 + $100 for a professional install. If you want more (and most want more once they taste the power... go port. With a good port system an additional 200hp should be relatively safe.
