Not sure how/when it started but the arm rest storage lid doesn't seem to want to stay closed anymore.

Anyone else have this issue? It's not the clip for the top thin section but the bottom portion....basically doesn't want to stay clipped to keep the lid down.

When I hit a bump on the road the clip releases and the lid starts to rise slowly part way.

If anyone has any tips on fixing it please let me know...

I remember repairing one of mine, I think a 94 or 95,6,7...... the little clip had moved/broken, I made or formed one . and had no more trouble... I think if you do a search it will show up..... I am over 80 now and dont remember exactly what I done, but it was free..
