So I just drove from Las Vegas to San Diego with no issues. Then on my drive home almost at the last incline before the drop into Nevada I notice whitish/greyish smoke coming from my cars exhaust under load. I immediately slowed down and got over to the slow/semi truck lane until we finally made the decent part. As soon as we hit the downhill part no more smoke at all. Pulled into a rest stop to check out the car. No leaks, no CEL lights, no odd sounds, no loss of power nothing. The cars oil is roughly only 1500 miles or so old. Started her back up and not one more sign of smoke. I did just have to pass a car and honestly got it up to 120mph in all fun but that was like a half hour or so before anything had happened. I had my cruise control set to 80mph. Heck it was barely 85* out so it wasn't like the car was even struggling. On my trunk and rear bumper looks like unburned fuel or oil smoke (reminds me of when a turbo is kinda burning oil or running rich)

Drove her to work today and still nothing. Gonna drain her oil this weekend and check it out. Have you guys ever experienced this before? Crank case full? EGR possibly? My car has had all basic maintenance done including timing belt, gaskets etc. Any idea what would cause this on the vvti v8?

Your car doesn't have any EGR pipe. It's done by the valve timing control.
I would check spark plugs first. A friend of mine once had a bit similar problem with you but it was a German car though. It smoked badly when running a circuit and it continued to smoke some after that. One of spark plugs was clogged much more than others. The problem was caused by a damaged oil ring used for the piston we finally found. I hope yours is not as serious as that.

Check the power steering fluid level to make sure it's not getting sucked through the intake as they are known to do and check your pcv system as well.

120mph runs do strain your engine. surprised you are willing to go that fast with your suspension and wheel setup. *****!

i too would check your PCV system as well as the power steering.
