Default Power steering hose blown

I've been trying to fix this power steering leak since I had the alternator rebuilt. Started off doing the O-ring for the reservoir and welded the ACV bolt, capped vac lines. Then flushed and bled the system. It still had a whine to it in the morning so I decided I would try to remove the PS solenoid and clean the screen.

Car is a '91

I read up on the procedure and it seemed straightforward, but could only get the body to spin but not the nut. I went to start the car after giving up, and noticed it was spraying PS fluid (ATF) on the ground. It was leaking at the hard line where it connects to solenoid with the 17mm nut:

I must have been too aggressive trying to remove the solenoid and maybe hit the hard line or didn't tighten the solenoid body fully which somehow damaged the line.

Is this the high pressure hose?

Thanks

I just bought a replacement high pressure hose. After looking at the power steering system diagram it appears that the banjo connection & gasket connection at the steering solenoid was the part that was leaking.

I still can't seem to remove the solenoid, i've tried the hammer and punch technique as well as a vice grips but only the solenoid body will spin while the nut remains stationary. I'm spinning it counter-clockwise (if looking up at it from the ground).

Any suggestions?
