Default 1997 ls400 a/c - should I replace the condensor?

Im replacing my a/c compressor and drier, but I'm wondering if the condensor should be replaced as well. One shop told me I needed to, another said it wasn't necessary. Thoughts?

Did your compressor shed metal or come apart? What brand compressor are you using?

If its necessary to replace the condenser then the evaporator should be as well and all the seals.
