Default 97 LS400: Under-dash fuel-door release broken

The plastic cover fell off. Would like to glue it back on or something, but the metal plate got twisted and it feels like I have to remove the assembly to fix. Are things like this in the repair manual? I subscribed to TIS but could not find answers. Any ideas? Thanks.

The only thing the repair manual is going to cover on that is how to remove and replace the whole assembly. The individual toggle switches are not available from the dealer, but I do believe the whole switch assembly can still be bought. The key lock button is separate, so you can swap it onto the new switch.

If memory serves correct there's screws under each lever unscrew them and the assembly pops out

I did the two-day TIS subscription thinking that it was the equivalent to having a repair manual, but I can't find anything that would tell me how to remove and replace this. Does anyone know how I can identify this part?
