Default OEM rain visors

So I need to take off, or at least lift the side of the window visors to change the B pillar trim on my lex. They are the OEM toyota ones, they have the little metal tangs. How do I go about removing them? (Im re installing them so I do not want to damage anything)
Thanks.

you can get good money for those on ebay if you no longer want them, hard to find the OEM ones so they command high prices
