I have a 1990 Lexus ls 400 I bought from an older lady. She said when she parked it it ran just fine. It wasn't bothered for almost 2 years.
When I turn the key to try to start it, it won't do nothing. The dash lights come on but that's it. windows, radio, headlights, trunk latch, don't work. fuel pump don't kick on, and it doesn't even try to crank. Any suggestions. The battery has been replaced already. I checked all the fuses and made sure all the wires I could see are tight or connected properly.
Thank you

To even attempt to fix this you will need a DMM, you can get a cheapy one for free some times at Harbor Freight and it will do what you need.
First thing I would like to know do the electric door locks work?
Next thing to do is check for 12 volts at all terminals on the fusible link box, that feeds everything.
If above is all a yes, then turn on the ignition switch and check for volts at all the other smaller fuses for heater, radio etc etc.
Also lock the car with the key and then unlock it with the key, to make sure the alarm is not doing something too.

You need to make sure there is no corrosion on any battery connections or cables, and that the battery is really up to charge.

with my key on, all lights on, AC on, my voltage is 11.5 and then it will start the car.. so IF you do not have 12.0 don't just think "battery" ..

Your main fuse could be blown. That's usually the case when basically nothing works on the car. The big main fuses are hiding under the fuse panel in the engine bay.
