Anybody know where to jump the relay on a 93 for the fuel pump?

You guys think the relay/computer for the fuel pump could have any effect on what its doing? Could the fuel pump computer be cutting out (bad connection) or the built in relay going bad. I understand that on the 93-94 models, the relay/computer is in the trunk (just found that out). The fuel pump runs on two different speeds when needed. I wonder if something is going on here?
