So i just picked up my first lexus.... Its a 1990 LS and i got it for a steal!!!! $1100!
runs good and shifts smooth! of course with that price there is some issues.... NEEDS paint, seats/shift **** and center glove box need to be redone. tac and engine temp guages dont work and steering wheel doesn't want to go down....

other then that im realllyyyyyy liking the car!

plans.... fix all the above (going to need some help from here about guagues and wheel)
rims, lip kit, arrex air ride and few other goodies

anyway here is what im starting with!!!! I would be jumping on paint asap buttttt i have a old BSA motorcycle im trying to finish asap! then on the the LS

Welcome to the club! There is a bunch of threads regarding the gauge cluster and the steering wheel tilt, and how to fix them.

On a side note to other members here...... Were these wheels a factory option? I recall seeing atleast 1-2 others on here with these same wheels. I don't think they were, maybe just a common aftermarket wheel for that time period?

somewhat common dealer option in cali, iirc.

Welcome, please remember to read the stickies and to search .

And do fix all the issues with the car before you begin modding
