im kind of at my end with the issues ive been having on my ucf11 and i would like to try this to see how my car runs and to see what steps i should take next...

it will run normally then just randomly ***** out on me and i cant even make it through the intersection
its been tuned up with a new fuel filter and just seems like its slowly getting worse..

if u could explain how i do this better id really appriciate it since all my fuses appear working
i cant get codes cus my dash is also not really working and hardly ever lights up

Does the engine restart immediately after it cuts out or does it crank but not fire?
You have to consider that the problem could be fuel or ignition related so need to determine which it is before replacing parts.

im knocking on wood here but its never not started
im doing research on this and i think i meant im looking to by pass the fuel pump relay..
as the issue only happens after the car has warmed up a little

this sounds like a classic case of failed ECU capacitors, but it's not 100% certain with the very limited information you have provided, what year is the car, does the check engine light come on when it runs bad? - does the A/C or transmission have any symptoms yet?

my dash rarley lights up and when it does, only half of the stuff shows up
all my backlighting is compely gone

93 acting normally until now recently..thought it may have been the fuel pump but just worked itself out like it was bad gas.
only issue ive had prior is i couldnt go open throttle 90% of the time without it cutting out
