As for Thomas being in Texas also, then I guess where he gets inspected they do it different but I have yet to ever have any of my cars smog tested and I've gotten all my stickers legally

PerpLexusd, regardless if they do smog testing or not in your county, they still do a visual inspection for catalytic converters.

In Florida, there are NO inspections at all. Not even visual ones. I'm glad too, because I've never owned a car that would pass.

On a side note. I do thinnk having cats on a car is a good thing for the enviroment. But at the same time if you think about it, the number of cars on the road today without cats compared to the cars with is very small. On a percentage scale, it would be barely noticable. My opinion on this might be way wrong, but thats the way I see it.
