Hello. Thank you for your comment. Yes the rear cooling unit have a separate evaporator part no.

Yes, that looks exactly like mine. I can still see the numbers in the display, but I have to look real close. I have searched all over the world now for the custom LCD, but the only one available is the LCD's for the single AC, those LCD's are larger because of the roomier control panel (no rear AC control). There once was a chinese company who maked then it seems, but they are not producing it anymore. But I keep bugging them and hope they will make som more. ;-)

Another thing I have noticed when comparing my car to a mate with a european spec '92, is that the rear AC makes the trunk smaller, not so deep. I had my AC converted from freon to F134a when I had it overhauled last year.
