first off id like to say i am completely new to the lexus/toyota side of things. but i own a 94 lexus ls400 that i bought as a rolling body. im currently in the process of doing a 2jzgte swap in it. i have to go to new jersey later this month to pick up the engine. do they make a swap kit such as mounts wiring harness etc etc? all information that you may have please post here. i have been doing alot of research on this but alot of ppl wanna beat around the bush and only give me limitied informaion on this swap. i know its been done. thanks in advance

there are no swap mounts or wiring harnesses available for this swap (that i know of). this is an all-custom job. please do more research and see if you are prepared for what it really takes to accomplish this.

refer to this as a start.

he is only one of a few folks with an inline 6 turbo motor in their LS. info is limited b/c the folks who do this kinda thing are very rare.

and that project was unfortunately never completed iirc, I don't know if he even ever ran the car at any events.

There is info out there about what may work, but be prepared to fab your own mounts as you willl need to.

The engine mounts out the gs300 will work on this set up. I found out for a fact. As soon as I get more into this project I will post pics and explain what has to be done for future veiwers. Thanks for all the replys. And if you find anything else out please share. Thanks again guys

Got a lot of good info in that link to man. Preciate it. Do you know how to get intouch with the guy who was building this car by anychance?

Talked to a guy and searched around for hours Finaly found Pics and which mounts he used. A lot of ppl I've talked to wanna beat around the bush and not tell you anything. Which is normal. Ill get it together

that 1jz lexus was driven...although not much. the owner pulled the motor and sold it and is now putting a 1uz back in it along with an s13 5 speed trans.

we really think so, were would I get a better price from? I was think it sounded about right for a turn key car, r/r engine/trans 15/20hours @ $80 $1200-1600 exhaust work$ 750 ic setup $500, wiring work $500 custom drive shift $500 misc $500, or do things just cost more up here
