Default '91 AC/HeaterControls/Clock LCD Broken

I recently purchased a '91 LS400 and the LCD display for the AC/Heater Controls/Clock is broken.

Does anybody know where I can get mine rebuilt, or where I can find a used one that is in good cosmetic condition for cheap?

Does anybody know how long it usually takes to have it rebuilt?

Also... I used Gunk to degrease the engine. After hosing down the engine compartment, the car started fine, but it is hesitant when I accelerate. It seems like it's ready to stall when it's at idle. I drove the car for a while, even on the freeway hoping the heat from the engine will evaporate any water that may have collected, but it didn't help. I didn't see a distributor so I didn't cover anything up.

Has anybody had this problem? Can anyone give me some advice on how to get my car running back to normal?
