Default transmissikn fluid leak butt from where..

Hows it going guys.

I drove my ls400 on a 600 mile round trip this weekend and recently my car will leak from the transmission on slanted hills but when parked on a flat surface there is no leak. Could this be my rear main seal or from my pan?

Could be either, transmission pan is easy to see leaks from or if oily clean it all down then recheck for leaks later.Rear seal check in that area.

This may help you to judge.

This drawing is originally posted by me for another reason to explain the remaining ATF level when the drain bolt is removed. When the ATF is filled, the level is about 1 inch higher than the blue line.
