Lightbulb noticed something strange

while i was washing my car today, i found a bubble looking thing on a portion of my tire, the sidewall. it looks like a small bump. do tires get tumors? lol well if you might know what the case may be could you tell me? thanks.

Poorly designed and weak side-wall. Some Perillis are known for this. What tires are you riding on?

you hit a pot hole or a curb. Make sure that you didn't bend the rim. perilli's arn't over priced you just can't afford them. I'm just messing with you. I have them and would recommend them over my Toyo's.

all of y'all: its Pirelli not perilli!

and the bubble is caused the same way a balloon gets a tumor: a weak spot in the rubber. it only emerged now because it was triggered by you hitting something or some funky wear.
