I have seen a post on here where someone used 25mm on the front & 40mm on the back. I just want to be sure before I start buying spacers.

please search, if all you're trying to do is make the wheels fit over stock '95-00 front brakes all you need is a 15mm or thicker spacer on the front wheels. Though i you do this it will make the rears seem more sunken in comparison, hence most members go 15 front/20 rear or similar.

Since I actually have this exact car and those exact wheels, allow my first post here on ClubLexus tell you what you need:

Minimum 10mm spacers on the front, needs none on the rear to fit. If you do not have at least 9.3-9.5mm or so, your wheels and your front brakes will smash into each other. I measured this value before buying my spacers. My 10mm spacers do the trick easily.

For flush fit, 10mm front, 25mm rear. If you run lots of camber, I could see a bit more, but with standard front camber, 10mm is very flush up front. With wide, 245-series tires up front, I can't imagine wanting more spacer. You'll just end up rubbing on the fender. I've had 235's (P-Zeros) and 225's (ProContact, wide for its size), and both were just hairs from rubbing.

Be aware that your cushy ride will be noticeably less cushy, and you won't be able to bound over lousy pavement like you can with the 16's and the 60-series tires. But the look is oh so good
