I am planing to do something with my car (first generation LS400) either get a new car or do some performance mods and am thinking about 2JZ-GTE engine swap. Since I am Thai, I can find a well shaped engine in Bangkok for a very good deal. Around $1500.00-$2000.00 for the whole engine (including transmission, ECU, harness etc) and would cost me about $500.00 to ship to the US.

If anyone has ever done or have been study closely, what are the modification do I have to make on the car? I just starting to do some research so I don't have a lot of information at the moment.
