That's the bleeder valve/burp plug. I haven't had mine off in ages so I don't recollect what gasket is under it. An easy fix.
To me this looks like the gasket around the thermostat housing is leaking.

Mine is not copper...
But lexus will sell you a new gasket for a few dollars.
And replacing it will take roughly 15 seconds.

If the gasket doesn't have a built in rubber seal to it, it's probably just a standard aluminum gasket. you can use a copper gasket but any decent autoparts store should be able to get you another aluminum gasket.

that are cheap, probably $0.20-0.50 or so...

They may have a listing but you'll probably just need to ask for an "aluminum crush washer" and the size you need. If you have or have access to a second car, I'd recommend just removing the bolt and the washer and taking it in!

You can also just remove it, trace its size onto a piece of paper and the. Get them to match it up. The ID is the measurement you should be most concerned about. Being in the USA will probably mean you'll have to make a SAE size work unless the parts store carries a lot of metric stuff.

DO NOT do that in the parking lot at the parts store... Unless you want a big mess of scalding-hot coolant spraying everywhere! haha
