Making Custom UCA's for my 92

Ok so i have looked at all the crap UCA's out there and i want to have some custom arms machined. I have access to all the tools but i am trying to find out the diameter of the shaft on the ball joint on the UCA. Can anyone help? I was also hoping to find out what size the ID was on the bushing cup as i already have the diazen bushing kit i was going to install in my old UCA until the ball joints went out. Any help would be great i will post pictures of my finished units.

I hope you know someone who understand suspension design because if you get that taper on the stud wrong and it doesnt match the tape in the joint, you're going to have a bad accident.

Why not just sell the busing kit and order a new set of UCA's?

Unless you have some serious fabrication skills and/or are an engineer who can run something through solidworks or CAD which you can then input into a 5-axis or something.... That's probably not something I would do.
I've got 12 years building race cars and I can assure you, it's not as simple as you might think.

Oh and to get the taper perfect, it's best to take a mold of the UBJ cup with dental amalgam or something similar.

bet you it'll cost more than OEM, and it's possible he won't even make them unless you get a number of people to commit to purchasing them. Doubtful.
