Also the sale rep said they might be able to get some would accents on the 1991 LS400, but they havent don a shift **** for that year yet.. he said the OD shouldnt be an issue.. its just a matter of how much room is there...

I was also thinking about getting a LEVOC shifter, but they really look out of place in the LS400's... I think I am going to try american-stitches also and have my shifter rewrapped and a little wood insert. Thanks for posting that information because I had never heard of american-stitches.
