Airbag Light Won't go Out

Anyone know how to reset an airbag light? In changing a fuse (the one that makes my heater and radio lights work) I forgot to turn the key off. I had to take out several fuses before I found the right one. After replacing the fuse, I noticed my "Airbag" light NEVER goes off after starting the engine. I tried disconnecting the battery for thirty minutes. No work. It's a '90 LS.

Hi Jeffl,

I had the same thing happen to mine when I had a battery installed, wound up going to an independent Lexus shop, they have a special tool to reset it, takes just a couple of minutes. Shouldn't be very expensive, even at the dealer.
