Default 95 ls400 with ZERO working electronics. Possibilities and car worth?

I found a 95 ls400 with 220,000 miles with a myriad of problems but the guy only want $1100.

Apparently the car fell off of a tow truck, breaking a front lower control arm mount and none of the electronics have worked since. No AC, radio, power windows, cluster or any other electronics.

My guess is that the fuse box either broke or became disconnected at the time of the incident.
Any Ideas?

I can probably do the lower control arm mount. So if the electrical problems are'nt the death of this car I think it will be a good fixer upper.

The body and paint are fairly clean and the driver seat has a minor rip.
Keep in mind that this car in decent running condition in this area will bring no less than 2500 but most likely closer to 3000.
If I can get her under $1000 should I go for it?

How much would a junk yard give for it? It's worth even less to a private party.

if you have $500-700 and the time/inclination then go for it.

but don't expect much. if it fell off hard enough to do all that i wouldnt be surprised if the chassis was tweaked.

i paid 1500 for mines and it was in decent running condition. I dont think its worth the hassle. Just pay a little bit more for a good running one. It could be a million problems and headaches if you buy a non running car.

ls400s are so cheap in california.

1500 is fair for a honda accord of the same year and miles over here.

Wouldn't pay anymore than $300 total with the problems you mentioned. If he scraps it he's getting $250 at best.

I've just bought a roadworthy 1997 LS400 with 120,000 miles for the equivalent of $450.00.
Ok the last owner took his dog out in it and it decided to claw both the rear door trims and the front passenger seat and door trim, it has a hole in one headlight and a dent in the rear panel above the outer light cluster ( reversed into a fence) but still a bargain price I thought.
Thinking of parting it out as they are fetching very little even in good condition in the UK also.
