Default ABS Relay - where and how to test?

I've been advised to pull the ABS relay as part of the troubleshooting of my brake problems.

All 4 wheels are locking up in short order if I drive it. I've had her to a local mechanic - the saga is in my other thread, "Bouncing Brakes."

To test a relay, check continuity on pin 30 and 87. Pins 85 & 86 apply power and ground you should hear it click.

Should be in the engine compartment. You gotta do your own part in searching it.
