Ok that don't help but I had the same Lexus ayear ago and a user on this site gave me a full Manuel that was in PDF and covered everything from rebuilding the motor to simple fixes
Maybe I could track that down?

If that link wont help you, the problem is you.. it covers the entire auto... and the link still works, I just tested it on my LS400 and my Sienna..
Of course if you are going to pull your engine out and replace it with a VW engine, then you will need more help.

I will be making the telescopic steering wheel repair and trying to fix the temperature Gauge which is giving back a false reading. I also have to fix the rear suspension

I had to replace my temp gauge to fix it for good. All other tips didn't solve it. Good Luck.
