Lexus Sud

These rods are from my LS400 1999 Lexus which have rotted out. They are at the front of the vehicle access from under neath the vehicle. They appeared to be part of the suspension but do not connect to any major part. The bars are hollow inside and my first thought are that they are part of the crumble area to the front bumper.
What part number would this be or, does anyone have any for sale.
