Default More help needed with 1st and 2nd gen repair instructions compatability

Think if we donate to lexls they will tell us for all the instructions what gen they can be used for.

I have an oil leak from one of my valve covers.
I want to replace the gaskets and while im in there clean the throttle body and replace the spark plug and ignition wires.

are the steps for the 90-94 the same as the 95-97?

http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/engine/valvecover.html

Thank you in advance PD and BillyD

some of them arent exactly the same, but they are very similar, especially for the '95-97).

valvecover gaskets=similar but differences in how you tear it down and route the wires
spark plugs = similar but slightly different cap/rotor setup and wire routing but same firing order and torque specs iirc
throttle body is relatively different.

and these are at best a VERY general idea in how to do it for a '98-00.

LexLS' car was totaled so I doubt he has much more to add. To my understanding, donating pays for hosting so the information stays available.
