I cannot find the kick panel fuse box on my '93 LS 400. I looked at the owner manual and it said drivers side kick panel but I looked eveywhere under the steering wheel but I do not see any fusebox. Is this where I should find fuses?

you need to remove the plastic panel that covers the fuseblock. There are a few screws around it. Remove them, take the panel off, remove that round plug by turning it (don't remember which direction). Also it is held by a metal bracket that goes around the steering column (just pull it with force).

Fairly easy.

Place your head on the brake pedal and look up. You should see a black plastic cover with fuse map label on it. Remove the plastic cover and you'll see the fuses. There is no need to remove any body trim to get to the fuse box.
