The proportioning valve is part of the master cylinder assembly. See the two hard lines coming out of the master cylinder? That's the valve.

I removed ABS and TRAC on my 94. Therr were three or four relays I removed, I think.

just do a search and you will find out a lot about these cars. . it takes a little reading to gain knowledge..

Do a search or check your owners manual... or just go look around the car. I am not at my lexus so cannot help. Major fusable links and relays are almost ALWAYS under the bonnet of the car.

I can't find any reference to a relay for the ABS. HELP???

I had a pro check the car over. He eliminated the pedal adjustment, MC and the power booster. He sais the only thing left is the abs...

He usese ALL Data and another, more expensive service (didn't catch the name - Intelifix??). He dosen't have the diagnostice tool to tell me if it''s mechanical or electical/electronic.

Dude, this is a simple thing. Don't look in your owners manual for the ABS relay.

Instead look for FUSEABLE links, or RELAY panel. I still do not have my car (waiting for powersteering pump rebuild) or I would take a photo.

This should be a 1/10 difficulty level to find this. Look for plastic cover under hood with large wires going to it - remove top cover - on inside of top cover it will have a MAP. This map will tell you which one is the ABS relay.

This repair is 4 years old ---- I had a Stroke [ BUMMER ]

It is fixed !!!!!!

Seems that some goog got in the system and settled into the MC at the pointed end and then would mess with us later.

My mechanic used some cleaning tricks and we have had no braking issues since.
