Can I put a 1992 headlight, fog light, turn signal assembly and grill into a 1993 car? They look the same but the dealer says they maybe different?

will bolt in fine but you will need to change the harness as '93/94 cars use H4 plugs for the lows.

Everything will bolt up physically, as Pure drifter mentioned, Difference is in the headlight bulb. You will need to convert the wiring harness from H3 (9004) to H4 (9003) in order to get the headlight bulbs to fit. Fog lights are still the same and the grill will bolt right up with no problem at all.

Okay that is what I was afraid of the bulbs and wire harness issues. Thanks for that update. I like how fast the response is and the amount of traffic there is on this web site. Very impressive.

The JDM one piece units look nicer on the 90-94 model but they are for RHD set up only unfortunately
