Has anyone tried these coilover springs. They have it listed on eBay for the 91 Ls400 for $149.95 free shipping.

I'n not aware of any here that have those. You will not get 4" drop from those without killing the struts in the process. If you have to have springs, stick with the known brands. It is recommended that you also replace the struts. By the time you do that drill, might have just spent the extra $ to get the Mega EZ series and have an adjustable coilover.
