Rear air suspension stuck
Hi all!
Yesterday the back suspension seems to have gotten stuck in top position. The car is equally high on both sides, the front is in normal postion, but the headlights are pointing much lower than normal.
Is there some valve or something that may have locked up?
The car is a -95 and while I've had some warnings about the a/s system last year when it was very cold (-20C which is about -5F) I've had no problems otherwise. The temperature here in Sweden have been incredibly high, i.e. 10-15C (50-60F) during the last days, so it shouldn't be any problems with e.g. ice blocking whatever it is that is stuck.

Pole Position
I'm not sure why both sides would be up, usually if something goes bad it's just one corner. What I realized with my 93 w/air, by mistake, is that if you jack the car without turning off the switch in the trunk all 4 corners will lower down. (let out the air) When I let it down off the jack it was almost sitting on the wheels. I only jacked the front and all 4 went low. I guess it works with the height sensors. Afterwards I needed to put the switch to "high" and the shocks eventually filled back up, longer then usual if they were at the normal height.
What I'm saying, after all that, is try jacking the front of the car. Leave it up for about 10 minutes and then lower it, see if that helps the back lower down. Maybe the height sensors will let the air out.
