I'm always weary of eBay suspension products. At least if you have an issue with a local parts store part, you can physically walk into the store to net the results you need (refund, exchange, etc). I've got outer tie rods and lower ball joints on my car from local parts stores, both made in Japan and have held up so far.

It's a good buy if your timeline for owning the car is very short (i.e. you want to sell it soon) or if your tech labor to install is inexpensive so that doing them over again wouldn't be a big hassle.
otherwise, spend the little extra and get higher quality goods.
