Newbie with a 95
Hi All
I'm from N.Ireland and recently picked up a 1995 LS400 for use as a winter beater.
She's not perfect but with 156,000 miles I guess that is to be expected. Actually the car drives really well but it does need a few odds and ends.
What do you all think? Not bad for less than 800 GBP and with our fuel prices reaching 1.40 per litre these bigger engined cars are cheap to pick up.

Thanks, a few more pictures
It definately ain't perfect, the bodywork deffo has the patina of a 15 year old and there are a few little mechanical issues to sort. It really needs the valve clearance sorted and will be needing some suspension refurb sooner rather than later, gearbox oiled changed etc - oh and the aircon doesn't work.
I bloody love it, sooo comfortable on my daily 40 mile commute. I usually set it around 90- 100MPH and hit the cruise button.
I can see me keeping this for a long time, hopefully. Or maybe changing upto something a little nicer and having a LPG kit fitted to ease the running costs.
